Charging current between 0.1C-0.2C, called slow charging. Charge current greater than 0.2C, less than 0.8C is a fast charge. And when the charge current is greater than 0.8C, called the ultra-high-speed charging.

However, 1C is a logical concept rather than an absolute value, so according to 1C conversion of the fast charge and slow charge is also a relative value, as 200mAH charge current for 1200mAH battery is slow charge, and 700mAH battery is fast charge.
